October is a busy month for the Cardinal Stritch Council. It starts with the St Mary’s Teacher Appreciation Walk on October 2nd. Several Knights will be serving as Monitors for this event.

The weekend of the 3rd-4th, Knights will be assisting the Altar and Rosary Society in selling roses after Masses at St. Mary’s. Proceeds go to the Pro-Life effort at the Hammond Women’s Care Center.

Crown Point Pumpkin Fest on the 4th. We will be selling coffee and hot chocolate on the Courthouse Square from 1 to 4 PM.

Our New Member recruitment at St. Mary’s Church is the weekend of the 10th after each mass. We will be handing out Knights of Columbus literature, answering questions, and selling Chili Supper tickets.

Our biggest event of the month is our Chili Supper on Saturday October 24th. from 4:30 to 7 PM. We will need a lot of help on this event.
